COME “UNDER THE SEA” WITH THE BAILEY-MATTHEWS SHELL MUSEUM

 

Sanibel, Florida, January 25, 2010: The Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum’s annual fundraiser, “Under The Sea,” will be held Sunday, March 7, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. at the Museum.  The gala will begin with a silent auction accompanied by canapés and cocktails.  Dinner and dancing will follow.  Tickets are $100 and can be purchased by calling Mary Jo Bunnell at 239-395-2233.

 

The Sanibel-Captiva Trust Company is serving as the Grand Sponsor of the event. Lily and Company Jewelry Gallery, ‘Tween Waters Inn, Bailey’s General Store, Doc Ford’s Sanibel Rum Bar & Grill, Bank Of The Islands, and Traders, are serving as Junonia sponsors. If you or your organization is interested in participating as an event sponsor, or silent auction donor please call Mary Jo Bunnell at 239.395.2233.

 

Those unable to attend the event may support the Museum by purchasing raffle

tickets which are $25 each or five for $100. They may be purchased

prior to the event in the Museum Store.

 

All proceeds from the silent auction, ticket sales, and raffle will benefit exhibit refurbishment, development of new exhibits, and continued support for educational programs.
