Museum Announces 3rd Annual Live Mollusk Photography Competition

Calling all amateur shutterbugs! The Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum is pleased to announce the Museum’s 3nd Annual Live Mollusk Photography Competition. This is a great opportunity to capture images of live mollusks in their natural habitats. For this competition, the Museum seeks amateur photos of live mollusks in their environment.
Entries will be accepted at the Museum between July 25 and November 1, 2012 (including electronically-submitted pictures). Please note that only amateur photos are eligible for the contest. The winning submissions will be announced during the Museum’s Anniversary celebration, November 14-18. The top photos will be displayed on the Museum’s web site, Facebook page, and in the Museum’s public space. A list of Rules & Regulations, and the Release Form to be submitted with each entry can be found on the Museum’s web site at the links above.
