Florida Onchidella
Size to 15 mm; this sea slug is covered with small tubercles scattered on a velvet-like surface. The tentacles are very prominent. Color slate-gray or grayish-green. Onchidellas browse on algae at low tide, living in crevices in oysters reefs and other back-bay habitats. This photo was taken by Jake Mitchell on an oyster reef in Marco River.
