Dondice occidentalis

Western Dondice
Size to 10 mm. Oral tentacles very long, more than half body length. Rhinophores with irregular arrangement of rings on distal half. Cerata elongate, pointed at distal extremitity. Body color variable, faint light-blue to whitish to transparent with irregular orange markings, cerata darker than body color, with orange rings and bluish extremities. Main photo by Ángel Valdés.
